Auditorium Ruuma
Capacity
The fixed seating can accommodate 80 people and with extra chairs the maximun capacity is around 100 people.

Computer, data projector, flipchart, wired interent connection, DVD/Bluray players.
Catering
Auditorium Ruuma has no tables. The adjacent multi-purpose room Messi can be hired for example as a reception area for seminars or product presentations and can be used to serve a coffee break. Catering services are provided by Forum Marinum’s restaurant Göran.
Arrival
Auditorium Ruuma is in the white Linnanpuomi building. The entrance is from the courtyard, through the same door as to the museum and the museum shop. The auditorium is on the street level after the entrance to the left.
There is plenty of free parking in the courtyard.

Auditorium Ruuma has been built like it is inside a ship – one wall is steel and the other is wood.
The excellent acoustics make it ideal for meetings, seminars and client events.
Prices
The rent is based on the number of hours and the number of participants. The meeting fee is also an entrance ticket the museum’s exhibition buildings on the day of the meeting and during the museum’s opening hours. For meetings outside the museum’s opening hours, additional doorman fees will be charged.
