Capacity
The facilities at the Forum Marinum Maritime Center are suitable for meetings for just a few persons and for larger gatherings. You can organise a memorable family party or an isnpiring seminar.
Rental facilities
We rent our facilities all year round. The rental fee consists of a basic hourly rate and museum admission tickets for all participants! This means that all guests can visit our wide range of exhibitions!
Do you need catering for your event?
Restaurant Göran is responsible for catering services at Forum Marinum. Have a look at the restaurant’s catering packages.
Other services
The windows of the seminar room offer a view of the frigate Suomen Joutsen and our other museum ships. Restaurant Göran offers dining next to a real sailing boat, and our shop offers a range of tempting nautical products. Each year we organise more than 600 different meetings and parties. You can book a guided tour to complement your event.
Access
Forum Marinum is easy to get to. There is plenty of free parking in the courtyard. The bus service between the airport, Turku city centre and the port stops right next door. It is a short walk from the harbour, and from the city centre you can also walk or cycle along the river.
